I also have several friends that work at Amazon from thier Seattle HQ to Lab 126 where the culture is more cut throat with forced stacked rankings with PIP or forced resignations. Amazon’s culture isn’t necessarily bad and it works well for Amazon but the two cultures will not mix well and there will be many more iRoboteers laid off or put on PIP under Amazon.
